About Course
How it works
The Kegel exercise chair is a non-invasive treatment that uses electromagnetic energy pulses to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. One 30-minute session provides thousands of contractions, enhancing muscle tone quickly.
The Importance of a Strong Pelvic Floor for Women
A strong pelvic floor is essential for women’s overall well-being, providing numerous benefits at every stage of life. It supports bladder and bowel control, reducing the risk of leaks or incontinence, and contributes to core stability, better posture, and lower back health. For pregnant and postpartum women, a strong pelvic floor helps support the growing baby, eases labor and delivery, and aids in recovery after childbirth. Additionally, it enhances sexual health by improving muscle control and reducing discomfort. A strong pelvic floor also lowers the risk of pelvic organ prolapse and improves athletic performance by providing stability during physical activity. Prioritising pelvic health empowers women to feel confident, comfortable, and in control of their bodies.
The Importance of a Strong Pelvic Floor for Men
A strong pelvic floor is just as important for men as it is for women, offering a wide range of benefits that enhance overall well-being. It helps improve bladder and bowel control, reducing the risk of incontinence and accidental leaks. For men, a strong pelvic floor also supports prostate health and can aid in recovery after prostate surgery. Additionally, it contributes to improved sexual health by enhancing erectile function and control. A well-conditioned pelvic floor supports core stability, which improves posture, reduces lower back pain, and enhances athletic performance. Prioritising pelvic health makes men feel stronger, more confident, and in control of their bodies.
